FAQ

Good questions, honest answers.

Do you groom anxious dogs?
Yes — honestly, they're my specialty. It's just your dog and me, in a quiet trailer, going at their pace. No barking salon floor, no strangers, no cages. Many of my favorite clients started out trembling and now pull their owners toward the trailer.
Do you come to my driveway?
Yep! My grooming trailer is fully self-contained — I just need a safe, level place to park at or near your home. You hand me the leash and I handle the rest.
How long does a groom take?
Usually 1–2 hours depending on size, coat, and how your pup is feeling that day. Because it's one-on-one, your dog is never sitting in a kennel waiting their turn — it's their appointment from start to finish.
What if my dog has mats?
Very common — no judgment, ever. Light matting I work through gently; heavy matting sometimes means a shorter, comfortable cut and a fresh start. We'll talk it through before I do anything, and I'll show you how to keep it easy between grooms.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is due when the groom is finished. Accepted methods are being confirmed — this answer will be updated before launch.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens! I just ask for at least 48 hours' notice so another pup can take the slot. Late cancellations or no-shows may carry a cancellation fee — details in the client agreement.
Is there anything to sign before our first groom?
Yes — a quick client agreement covering your pup's health, comfort, and safety (and an optional photo permission so your pup can star in the gallery). You can read the whole thing on the policies page — no surprises on groom day.
